Ronda Rousey’s running out of excuses, as far as Cris “Cyborg” Justino wants you to think.
The Invicta FC featherweight champion has long been ridiculed by the UFC queen for her history involving performance-enhancing drugs. As Rousey saw it, there was no way she’d consider fighting the heavier champion at any weight but 135 pounds — a weight cut many believe would be too dangerous for “Cyborg” to make. Rousey wouldn’t bend over backwards for a former cheater. There was no way.
But as “Cyborg” begins making her journey down to the bantamweight limit, she wants the world — including Rousey — that she’s got nothing to hide.

Justino is currently scheduled to compete sometime in November for the all-female fight league, where she will make her debut at a catchweight of 140 pounds against an unknown opponent. The featherweight champion was randomly tested twice in 2015, once before Invicta FC 11 and again before Invicta FC 13.
“Cyborg” boasts a 14-1 record with one no contest since making her debut 10 years ago. Eight of her last nine bouts have seen her victorious by way of TKO, with the one exception coming against Hiroko Yamanaka in December 2011. Justino tested positive for stanozolol, an anabolic steroid. The victory was overturned by the California State Athletic Commission, marking it a no contest.
