WWE Superstar and fan favorite Cesaro is reportedly dealing with shoulder issues, and may miss 4-6 months if — as expected — he goes under the knife, WWE Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross said early Sunday.
If accurate, Cesaro is the third member of the WWE main roster due to miss time.
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will miss 6-9 months after suffering a tear to his ACL, MCL and meniscus in a non-televised match against Kane in Dublin, Ireland last month. Twelve-time WWE Champion Randy Orton is also due to miss anywhere from 4-6 months after suffering a shoulder injury of his own. Former WWE Divas titleholder Nikki Bella is currently dealing with a neck injury that has placed her on the shelf for the foreseeable future. Both Rusev and Lana are dealing with injuries of their own, as well.
A former United States Champion, Cesaro made his televised debut with WWE in 2012. He held half of the WWE’s Tag Team titles in 2015, teaming up with Tyson Kidd — who is also dealing with an injury — to defeat The Usos at Fastlane in February of this year.
Hearing that @WWECesaro is having shoulder issues that will likely require surgery soon. If true, we wish him our best. Quality person.

Curiously left out of an official match at Survivor Series, an injury could explain his potential absence from the pay-per-view event. It is currently not clear as to how or when Cesaro suffered the rumored injury.
Cesaro was last seen wrestling on the Nov. 16 episode of Raw, competing in a losing effort against Roman Reigns in the quarterfinals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament.
